    All products are prepared from ingredients that are naturally free from GLUTEN, DAIRY, SOY, MAIZE/ CORN (with the exception of the Rocky Road), EGGS (with the exception of the Brandy Fruit Cake, Biscotti & Cookies) and ARTIFICIAL COLOURS, FLAVOURS & PRESERVATIVES (including sulphites).
All INGREDIENTS are certified organic. When organic is unavailable the WholeFOOD Co chooses insecticide / chemical / preservative-free ingredients. On the rare occasion when neither option is available, a conventionally farmed or produced alternative is used. The only exception to this is the honey, which is local and non-certified organic.

Baked until golden.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy as a breakfast parfait (layers of fresh fruit, yoghurt and ‘crunch’), sprinkle onto porridge, combine with your favourite cereal, or add to stewed/ poached fruit for a welcome nutrient boost
